The IT Recruiter plays a key role in ensuring that the organization has the right technical expertise to leverage its information technology resources effectively.Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Facilitate the offer process by extending and negotiating offers
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to adapt recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with HR and IT department to identify future hiring needs
- Adhere to relevant legal and compliance requirements during the recruitment process

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT industry and technology trends
- Experience with various interview formats and assessment tools
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance standards
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR databases
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
