**Location**: Millennium Place, Golf City, Lucknow (Near Lulu Mall)
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
**Work Mode**: 100% Work From Office

**Key Responsibilities (For Experienced Recruiters)**
- End-to-end recruitment for **Domestic IT roles**:

- Understanding client requirements and delivering quality profiles with TAT

**Key Responsibilities (For Freshers)**
- Learn the entire recruitment lifecycle with hands-on training
- Assist senior recruiters in sourcing and screening
- Get trained on ATS tools, job portals, and market research
- Grow into a full-cycle recruiter within 6 months

**Who Can Apply?**
- **Experienced IT Recruiters (Female only)** with **2-4 years** of experience in **Domestic hiring**:

- **Freshers (Female only)** - recent graduates with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
- Must be based in **Lucknow** or willing to relocate
- Must be comfortable with **Work From Office** (No remote/hybrid)
