About the Opportunity HUMEN Resource IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is growing its recruitment team and is currently looking for female recruiters with a strong background in US IT / Non-IT recruitment to join us onsite at our Kanpur office.

Key Responsibilities

1) End-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.

2) Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates through platforms such as CEIPAL, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.

3) Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in CEIPAL ATS.

Candidate Requirements

1) Looking for female candidates only (onsite position in Kanpur)

2) Experience: 6 months to 5 years in US IT staffing (Non-IT experience also welcome)

3) Strong understanding of US tax terms and visa types.

4) Excellent communication skills.

5) Open to working night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM IST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
