**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented **Customer Success Executive** with 2 years of experience to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients post-sale and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build strong relationships with assigned customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize product value.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and regular check-ins with customers.
- Handle customer complaints and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Track key account metrics (e.g., renewal rates, usage data).
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Educate customers on new features and updates.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a customer success, client servicing, or account management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
