Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive, located in Chennai. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing customer support, managing accounts, and utilizing analytical skills to understand and fulfill customer needs. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving any issues, and maintaining a positive customer relationship, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
  • Proficient in Customer Support and Account Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluency in Hindi and English
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
