**Customer Success Executive - Onsite**

**Experience: 1 - 4 Years**

**Your Qualifications**:

- Recommended 1 to 4 years experience in Customer Success/Service roles or Cloud Renewal Sales and demonstrated ability to build successful customer relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex account situations and lead resolution towards mutual success and partnership
- Strong Consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients or stakeholders.
- Passion for customer success.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding client expectations
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.

**You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have**:

- Experience in customer success and account management
- Experience in driving product adoption
- Strong analytical abilities and an ability to derive actionable insights
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with SaaS products related to MarTech, SalesTech
- An ability to understand business problems, think of solutions, and also effectively communicate the same.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Be the go-to person/account manager for your assigned customers.
- Train and onboard customers post-sales.
- Build a relationship with your key accounts and the stakeholders and ensure customers have a great experience.
- Conduct periodic analyses of your customers and suggest improvements to their sales process
- Organize quarterly business reviews with your customers.
- Initiate regular meetings with your customers.
- Showcase newly released features and maximize the usage of relevant features.
- Share the product roadmap with the customer when needed and help the product team with early feedback.
- Collect customer requirements/feedback and bring that back to the product and engineering team.
- Monitor user/account health score.
- Document and provide customers with best practices.
- Identify upsell opportunities and ensure renewals.
- Control churn.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
