**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CNC Machine Operation**: Operate and maintain CNC machines, including laser cutting and bending equipment, to fabricate wooden components with precision.
- **Programming & Tool Setting**: Program CNC machines using appropriate software, set up tools, and calibrate machines to ensure accurate production.
- **Job Setting**: Prepare and load raw materials, set machine parameters, and ensure efficient workflow for each job.
- **CAD Drawing Development**: Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings from rough sketches and specifications provided by engineers or architects.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and make adjustments as necessary.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience operating CNC machinery in a woodworking environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CNC programming, tool setting, and job setup. Experience with CNC laser cutting and bending machines is essential.
- **Software Knowledge**: Familiarity with CNC software and CAD/CAM programs for programming and design purposes.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring high-quality output.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate technical information clearly.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in CNC operations to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process.
