**Responsibilities**:
**Machine Setup and Calibration**:Set up VMC and CNC machines, including loading raw materials.
- Install and align tools, fixtures, and parts based on job specifications.
- Calibrate machines to ensure accurate measurements and part tolerances.

**Operation of VMC and CNC Machines**: Operate vertical machining centers (VMCs) and other CNC machines, following established work instructions.

- Monitor machine performance during production runs to ensure smooth operation.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine speed, feed rate, and tooling to optimize production.
- Change and maintain cutting tools, ensuring proper functioning and tool life.
- Monitor tool wear and replace tools as necessary.
- Address machine malfunctions or errors during operation by diagnosing the issue and making necessary repairs inform to Production Head & Senior Management.
- Perform regular checks on machine functions, including coolant levels, lubrication, and the general mechanical condition of the machine.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, such as changing tools, cleaning the machine, and checking electrical and mechanical components.
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machine components to ensure proper operation.
- Regularly inspect machines for safety hazards and report any issues to Production Head & Senior Management.
- After the machining process is complete, conduct a final inspection to verify that the part meets all dimensional and surface finish requirements.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of machine setups, maintenance schedules, and production data.
- Report production issues, equipment malfunctions, and any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Keep track of production output, downtime, and parts rejection rates for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with team members, engineers, and quality control personnel to ensure production meets standards.
- Communicate effectively with the team about production goals, timelines, and machine performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,782.00 - ₹40,981.00 per month
