Key Responsibilities:

- **Operating the CNC Router**:This involves loading materials, setting up the machine with the correct tools and settings, and running the cutting programs.
- **Reading Blueprints**:Understanding and interpreting technical drawings to determine the required cuts and dimensions.
- **Machine Setup**:Ensuring the machine is properly configured for each job, including tool selection, clamping, and alignment.
- **Material Handling**:Safely loading and unloading materials, including wood, metal, plastic, and other materials.
- **Quality Control**:Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
- **Maintenance**:Performing routine maintenance on the CNC router, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
- **Troubleshooting**:Identifying and resolving minor technical issues with the machine or cutting process.
- **Safety**:Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures when operating the CNC router.
- **Documentation**:Keeping records of machine operation, material usage, and any issues encountered.
- **Training**:May be involved in training new operators or apprentices on the operation of the CNC router.

Skills and Knowledge:

- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- **CNC Machine Operation**: Knowledge of CNC machine functions, software, and programming.
- **Material Handling**: Understanding of different materials and their properties.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Understanding of basic mechanical principles.
- **Precision and Accuracy**: Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
