Health Counsellor

**Job Profile**:Sales Counsellor/Clinic Counsellor

**Location**:Bangalore (Various locations)

**Working Days**:6 days a week (WFO)

**CTC**: Up to ₹4 LPA to ₹5 LPA + variable pay

**Experience Required**:4-6 months in sales or a relevant profile

**Language Requirements**:English, Hindi (Kannada/Telugu)

**Job Role**:As a Sales Counsellor at Sugarfit, you will empower individuals to manage their health by targeting diabetes and lifestyle-related conditions. You will source new sales opportunities and provide personalized health solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.
- Close sales and meet monthly/weekly targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and manage office operations.
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout.

**Requirements**:

- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and timings.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Timings: 9 hours shift | 6 days working with rotational week off (Monday/Tuesday)
