Job Title: Educational Counselor
Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Educational Counselor to support students in making informed academic and career decisions. The counselor will provide guidance, address academic concerns, and assist in the overall educational planning process.
Experience: Min 2+ years as SME >TL>Manager on paper as an education counsellor
Industry Experience:
- Someone who has worked in sales department of colleges & university, schools, academy, institutes, Coaching centers, Students from - Air hostess academy, Call centers, BPO, KPO
Ad-on skills
- Hands-on with Microsoft PPT, Excel (MS Office)
- Tools preferred (CRM, Dialler Management, virtual meeting tools)
- Preparing Forecast & Projection (Weekly, Monthly & Yearly), Reports (Calls, talk time, AHT, call per leads, leads to admission, insights’
Roles and Responsibilities: On Season
- Convert leads to enrolments and meet monthly targets on a consistent basis and meet KPIs
- Responsible for the end-to-end enrolment process.
- Understand student needs/requirements and pitch a suitable program
- Counselling/Interacting with students and Parents.
- Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.
Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
