**Job Title**: Education Counselor - MBBS & Overseas Studies (Kyrgyzstan Focus)
**Location**: HEGDE NAGAR, Bangalore, India

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Industry**: Overseas Education Consulting / MBBS Admissions
**Target Country**: Kyrgyzstan (MBBS), Georgia, etc.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents about **MBBS admission opportunities in Kyrgyzstan** and other CIS countries.
- Guide students on **eligibility, documentation, NEET score requirements**, visa process, and university selection.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of **Kyrgyz medical universities**, admission intakes, tuition fees, and curriculum.
- Provide accurate information on **living costs, hostel facilities, language of instruction**, and licensing exams (FMGE/USMLE/PLAB).
- Handle **inquiry follow-ups, tele-counseling, walk-ins, seminars, and webinars**.
- Coordinate with **partner universities, embassy contacts**, and internal operations team.
- Maintain CRM for lead tracking and follow-up updates.
- Participate in **education fairs, school visits, and promotional events** to generate leads.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of **MBBS admissions in Kyrgyzstan/CIS countries**:

- Excellent communication skills (English + regional language)
- Comfortable in counseling both online and in-person
- Familiarity with **NEET qualification** and Indian medical licensing procedures
- Good convincing and presentation skills
- CRM or ERP experience is an added advantage

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in any stream (preferably Life Sciences or Education)
- Prior experience in **MBBS overseas counseling** or **study abroad** field is preferred (1-3 years)
