We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Education Counselor. As a Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students through their academic journey. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive counseling services to help students make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Student Guidance**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic goals, interests, and challenges.
- Provide information and guidance on available educational programs, courses, and career pathways.

2. **Career Counseling**:

- Conduct career assessments to help students identify their strengths, interests, and potential career paths.
- Provide information on current job market trends, industry demands, and potential career opportunities.

3. **Communication**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counseling sessions, academic plans, and student progress.
- Prepare reports as required by the institution.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate
- Proven experience in education counseling or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admission processes, and career development.
- Familiarity with counseling techniques and career assessment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Kannada speaking

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
