**Responsibilities**

** Support Branch Managers with day-to-day branch operation**

** Report on sales results**

** Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth**

** Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions**

** Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition**

** Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer**

**satisfaction**

**Requirements and skills**

**-Proven work experience as a Sale Counselor/Inside sales/Inbound sales/Inhouse sale/ similar sales role**

**-Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)**

**-Understanding of Branch operations**

**-Excellent communication skills**

**-Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude**

**-Any degree with Sales experience, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.**
