**Job Title**: Career Counselor Sales Executive (Freshers)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven **Career Counselor** to join our outreach and sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients to introduce and explain our career counseling services. With the help of prepared scripts, you will engage with customers, address their inquiries, and guide them towards selecting services that meet their career goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to potential clients and provide detailed information on career counseling services using provided scripts.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and clear manner, providing accurate details about services and company offerings.
- Ask targeted questions to assess customer needs and assist in closing sales.
- Efficiently update and maintain customer information in the database.
- Process sales transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve grievances, maintaining a positive company image.
- Exceed sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional service and facilitating future sales opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer insights for future reference.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English and Kannada (mandatory). Proficiency in Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi is an added advantage.
- **Educational Background**: A degree in Psychology is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including data entry and customer database management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain services and address customer needs.
- Calm, patient, and able to manage rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong ability to learn and retain service-related information for confident communication with customers.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented approach, aiming to achieve and exceed sales goals.
