Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor, located in Bengaluru. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career guidance to students, developing career management plans, conducting career counseling sessions, and assisting students in their career development. The role involves collaborating with students to understand their goals and helping them achieve successful career outcomes.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in any field

  1. Proven experience as an Admission Counselor, Sales Executive (preferably in the education sector).

  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  3. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.

  6. Fluency in English and Kannada

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in the education industry, especially EdTech or training institutes.

  1. Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

  2. Ability to build rapport with students and provide personalized guidance.
