Job Summary:As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing information about courses, clarifying admission procedures, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for students. Your role will involve building strong relationships with potential students, understanding their educational needs, and helping them make informed decisions.Job Location:Koramangala or Vijayanagar, BengaluruKey Responsibilities:1. Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, social media, and in person.2. Provide detailed information about courses, programs, admission requirements, and financial options.3. Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counseling sessions with prospective students.4. Follow up with students to ensure the successful completion of the admission process.5. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems regularly.6. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and conversion.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in any field2. Proven experience as an Admission Counselor, Sales Executive (preferably in the education sector).3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.4. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.5. Strong organizational and time management skills.6. Fluency in English and KannadaPreferred Skills:1. Experience in the education industry, especially EdTech or training institutes.2. Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.3. Ability to build rapport with students and provide personalized guidance.
