We are looking for an experienced merchandiser to develop and procure mere merchandising Corporate Gifts etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and the company’s objectives
- Analyze customers’ requirements and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time-scales
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
- Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals
- Remain up to date with the industry’s best practices

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in merchandising, development, and sourcing
- Highly creative
- Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Okhla, Delhi - 110020, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
