**Procurement Operations**:
Source and procure solar panels, inverters, structures, cables, and other BoS (Balance of System) materials.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites as per project timelines.

Float RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize vendors.

Prepare purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate procurement records.

**Vendor Management**:
Identify and develop reliable suppliers for various solar products and services.

Maintain supplier database and evaluate vendor performance (quality, cost, delivery).

Coordinate with suppliers for on-time deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.

**Inventory & Cost Control**:
Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum inventory requirements are met.

Optimize costs while ensuring quality and compliance.

Work with finance and accounts for timely vendor payments and budget alignment.

**Compliance & Documentation**:
Ensure procurement practices align with internal controls and project compliance requirements.

Manage documentation related to POs, delivery challans, warranty certificates, etc.

Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for material specifications and approvals.

**Coordination & Communication**:
Liaise with project managers, logistics, and warehouse teams for material planning and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to forecast procurement needs and lead times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (preferably Electrical/Mechanical).

1-2 years of procurement experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.

Good knowledge of solar components, brands, and market trends.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Portal.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualities:
Familiarity with MNRE guidelines and project-specific procurement norms.

Experience in working with EPC or rooftop solar companies.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
