**Job Summary**:
A Tele caller is responsible for handling calls to prospective clients or existing customers on the daily basis. They aim to generate sales leads, promote company products/services, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. They should be in solar background.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make calls to prospective clients to introduce solar PV systems and explain their benefits on daily basis.
- Qualify leads based on criteria and pass them to the sales team.
- Make call and insure to fix the 4-5 meetings to the sales engineer on the daily basis.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and confident voice.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Diploma or equivalent required further education in business or marketing is an advantage.
- Speaking in Hindi & English language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
