
Channel Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement trade marketing plans for the assigned region to maximize brand presence and drive sales growth.
- Support the development of in-store promotional activities, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and merchandising strategies.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure effective execution of trade programs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify key accounts and design customized promotions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate the execution of trade marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
- Provide sales teams with trade marketing materials, tools, and training to support their field activities & work closely with them to ensure stock availability, and identify opportunities to optimize product placement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or retail marketing, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail and distribution channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of POS and merchandising strategies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,543.68 per month
