Customer Relationship Executive (Automobile)

**Location**: Bavdhan, Pune

To strengthen our customer engagement team, we are hiring a **Customer Relationship Executive (Automobile)** who will act as a bridge between customers and the dealership.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**

As a **Customer Relationship Executive**, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a seamless car buying and after-sales experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, telephonic inquiries, and online leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses.
- Assist customers in understanding car models, features, finance schemes, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate test drives, showroom visits, and follow-ups for lead conversion.
- Handle post-sale communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain customer databases (CRM) with accurate records of leads, inquiries, and feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to concerned departments if required.
- Support dealership events, product launches, and festive campaigns by engaging with customers.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication skills in **Marathi, Hindi, and English**.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of the automobile industry, car dealership operations, and finance/insurance processes (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales support/relationship goals.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in approach.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Minimum **HSC / Graduate in any stream**.
- At least **1 year of experience** in Customer Relationship Management / Telecalling / Sales Support (preferably in Automobile / BFSI / Retail sector).

**Work Timings**
- Full-time | 6 Days Working (as per dealership schedule).
- Flexible to work during showroom events, weekend promotions, or festive campaigns.
