Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.

Explain products or services and generate interest.

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Maintain and update the customer database regularly.

Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-up system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for effective campaign execution.

**Requirements**:
1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is a plus.

Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and customer-focused approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
