**About the Role**

We are hiring **Telecaller** to support one of our leading hospital clients. The role is focused on **handling patient inquiries, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups**, ensuring a smooth communication experience between the hospital and patients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hospital inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and facilities.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and track patient visits.
- Maintain daily call logs, update CRM/records, and share reports with the management team.
- Build positive rapport with patients, ensuring a courteous and empathetic approach.
- Coordinate with hospital staff for smooth scheduling and communication.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (Marathi preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools for reporting.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,937.15 - ₹15,000.00 per month
