Job Title: Edutech Recruiter

Location: Office-based at Palm Grove Road, Victoria Layout, Bangalore.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM - 05:30 PM

**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
As an Edutech Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment process for our esteemed clients who are various Pre School, Primary Schools, and Business Owners in Edutech Segment, You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to fill a variety of positions across India.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with HR experts and hiring managers to understand the client's recruitment needs.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with the client's hiring managers.

Facilitate the entire recruitment process from screening to offer negotiation.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Provide timely and regular updates to the client on the recruitment progress.

Qualifications: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with relevant internships may also be considered).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Additional Details:
Salary will be discussed during the interview process. First Three Month it will be Stipend basis range from Rs 7000 to Rs 10000 Depending on Interiview, After three months Your Stipend / Payouts will be reivsed along with Incentive plan as well if applicable.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

The first round of interviews will be conducted via Google Meet.
