Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will play a critical role in expanding our footprint by driving student enrollments, institutional partnerships, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently drive student enrolments through targeted outreach and consultative engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, training centers, and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Represent the institute at education fairs, webinars, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and digital lead generation.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generations and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Provide actionable insights on market trends, competitor activity, and student needs.
  • This role is a high travelling role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in business development, sales, or student recruitment (preferably in EdTech or Education like BYJU's).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of fashion/design industry is an advantage.
