About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic
Inside Sales Executive
with prior experience in the
Edutech industry
to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, student engagement, and career counseling, with strong communication skills in
South Indian languages
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them towards suitable courses/programs.
  • Drive conversions from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    6 months – 4 years in
    Edutech sales / program selling / counseling
    .
  • Strong communication skills in
    South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam)
    along with English/Hindi.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to handle student/parent queries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
