Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into paying customers through outbound and inbound sales channels.
- Understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses or learning paths.
- Conduct product demonstrations, counseling sessions, and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing learners.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 0.6 – 5 years of experience in
EdTech sales, course selling, or B2C inside sales
. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Any one
South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam)
or
Marathi
is
mandatory
. - Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
