Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into paying customers through outbound and inbound sales channels.
  • Understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses or learning paths.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, counseling sessions, and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing learners.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 0.6 – 5 years of experience in
    EdTech sales, course selling, or B2C inside sales
    .
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Any one
    South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam)
    or
    Marathi
    is
    mandatory
    .
  • Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
