Job Title: Edutech Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements and align the recruitment process accordingly.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in Edutech recruitment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the Edutech or education industry.
- Strong understanding of the education sector, teaching methodologies, and relevant qualifications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Human Resources, etc.) preferred.

**Salary**:

- The salary range for this position is Rs 8,000 to Rs 15,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Environment:

- This is a full-time position based at our office at Palm Grove Road, Victoria Layout, Bangalore.
- Office Timing will be 09.30 AM to 06.00 PM Per day, 06 days per week.
- The recruiter will be required to bring their own laptop to the office daily.
