**Operations & Recruitment Coordinator (Office-Based) — Hospitality**

We’re a Bengaluru-based hospitality group (restaurants, Irani Chai Café, smart hotel, and a software arm). We’re looking for a calm, organized professional who enjoys tidy trackers, clear calendars, and gentle but firm follow-ups. **No sales. Office-only.** Your focus is execution to completion.
**What you will kindly take care of**
- **Vendor coordination**: send RFQs, collect comparable quotes (spec, MOQ, lead time, GST, freight), and present a neat comparison with a recommendation.
- **Calendar & follow-ups**: plan founder decision windows, keep a “waiting-for” list, rebook if anything slips, and ensure every task has an owner + next date.
- **Documentation & MIS**: tidy Google Sheets/Trello, attach proofs (quotes/screenshots/notes), share a **10:30 AM daily dashboard** and a **6:15 PM EOD** (what shipped, what moved, tomorrow’s first 3).
**What helps you succeed here**
- 3-6 years in **operations/admin/recruitment coordination/project coordination** (hospitality exposure is a plus).
- Comfortable with polite phone work and WhatsApp Business; strong written hygiene in **English & Hindi** (Malayalam/Kannada/Tamil is a plus).
- High conscientiousness, gentle assertiveness, love for checklists and clean documentation, basic Google Sheets skills.
**Schedule & location**
- Bengaluru office, day shift, Mon-Sat. Founder handles all field work; you handle the office engine.
**Compensation**
- Competitive fixed salary with performance bonus
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
