We are seeking a smart, confident, and well-presented **Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)** to be the face of our real estate advisory firm in Pune. As a GRE, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment. This is a great opportunity for **freshers** who are eager to start their career in the real estate sector with a client-facing role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and attend to walk-in clients and visitors at the reception or project site office
- Provide accurate information about ongoing projects and guide clients as per their interests
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for seamless client handling
- Maintain daily visitor records and ensure front desk processes run smoothly
- Handle incoming calls, manage appointments, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Ensure reception area and client interaction zones are clean and well-organized
- Assist with basic administrative and hospitality tasks during site visits or events

**Qualification**:
