**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear product information, order updates, and guide customers through the buying process.
- Follow up with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the operations team.
- Maintain daily enquiry logs and provide feedback for improvement.
- Engage with customers politely and professionally, ensuring a positive brand image.
- **Familiarity with Social Media**, especially **Instagram** (DMs, Stories, Posts).
- **Fluent in English** - both written and spoken.
- **Fast and accurate typing skills** for quick response handling.
- Good communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Basic understanding of customer support and online shopping behavior.
- Experience in handling customer chats, WhatsApp Business, or Instagram messages is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,098.00 - ₹19,890.00 per month
