The Mishty Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities through education and skill development. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Program Coordinator/EXECUTIVE.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic program coordinator/executive to join our team. As a Remote Program Coordinator/EXECUTIVE, you will be responsible for coordinating our programs and activities, communicating with stakeholders, and providing administrative support to our team. You will work from the comfort of your own home and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate programs and activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders
- Communicate with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, donors, and partners
- Assist with fundraising and grant-writing efforts
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in social work, non-profit management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in program coordination or related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Passion for social justice and commitment to empowering underprivileged communities

Benifits:
Salary : depend on last salary

incentive - ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per day (depending on experience and performance)
