**Duties & Accountabilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth in the recycled plastics market. Analyse market trends, identify potential customers and explore new sales opportunities.
- Develop sales forecasts, track sales activities, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to determine competitive pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers. Ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including plastic manufacturers, packaging companies, and other potential buyers. Understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development with a focus on polymers.
- Master’s degree in business, polymer science, or a related field.
- Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
