We are a leading global provider of innovative polymer solutions, specializing in manufacturing and distributing high-quality products for diverse industries including automotive, construction, packaging, and electronics. With a strong presence in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region, we are expanding our team to better serve the growing demand and strengthen our position in the UAE, India & China market. Position Overview:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market share in the UAE, MEA, India & China regions.

Identify and target new business opportunities within the polymer industry, including manufacturers, distributors, and end-users across various sectors (e.g., automotive, packaging, construction).

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the polymer space.

Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the company and clients.

Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting, and market feedback to senior management.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s products and brand.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or business development within the polymer industry or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of the UAE, India & China market and MEA region, with experience in managing customer relationships across the region.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
