Sales Executive for Sustainable/recycle Sale

**Responsibilities**:

- Interface with existing customers to grow recycled polymer sales.
- Identify new prospective customers for recycled polymers.
- Evaluate prospective suppliers of recycled polymers from a technical and commercial perspective.
- Develop an opportunity pipeline for recycled polymers to feed performance targets.
- Develop, implement, and grow profitable sourcing and sales for recycled polymers across India.
- Interface with Operations and Technical expertise to ensure smooth transactions and sustained growth.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in polymer science / Master’s degree in management.
- 5-6 years’ experience in sales and marketing of polymers particularly in recycled polymers.
- Commercial activities
- Recycled polymer technical and commercial knowledge
- Robust network of recycled polymer suppliers and customers in India
- Proactive, able to negotiate and close deals independently
- Strong communication skills; excellent presentation skills
- Team Player: able to collaborate and work cohesively with diverse set of colleagues
- Willing to travel extensively to cover assigned territory
