We are looking Sales and Marketing Executive(Female) for noida location.

**Required skills and qualifications**:
1. B.Tech /B.E./Any Graduations/BBA/MBA

2. Should have at least 2-5years Experience

3. MS Excel, MS PPT, MS word, Well-spoken in Hindi and English and Energetic

4. Should have experience to generate leads on calls.

5. Should have sales experience in the solar EPC or renewable energy industry.

6. Well versed with any CRM such as Odoo etc.

**Job Location**: Noida sector 7 work from office.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

2. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

4. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

5. The ability to work under pressure.

6. Working on Odoo for creating CRM and implementation within company

7. Interacting with B2B, B2C and B2G clients as required based on stage of lead

8. Managing pipeline of all leads in Odoo

9. Managing company messaging on various social media platforms

10. Defining and managing customer journey for B2B, B2C clients primarily

12. Fundraising ppts, projection sheets

13. Interacting with various agencies, customers to arrange my meetings

14. Participating in various events, exhibitions etc as and when required

15. After few months, we will start developing franchises, channel partnerships across India.

16. Willingness to customer visit/exhibitions etc within Delhi NCR

17. Undertake sales process from proposal/quotation to receiving purchase order/advances..

18. Following through contracts, agreements etc..

19. Creating processes for procurement/supply chain etc

20. anything related work/tasks as the startup evolves

21. Knowledge of tendering will be a plus.

Pay: From ₹9,047.70 per month
