We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to grow the Renee presence in the digital space and drive revenue growth through efficient and effective performance marketing campaigns across digital mediums - Facebook, Google, SEO, and content discovery platforms to name a few

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management
- Create a comprehensive advertising plan for all digital channels - social (Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube influencer marketing) and run the Google Ads, Google Business, Google Shop
- Keep a track of the performances in all the marketing areas and thus discover any hindrances to strategies
- Closely work with the strategy and brand teams to be at a similar pace to improve marketing and campaign performance
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
- Allocate budgets and analyse and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Tracking new user acquisition and conversion rates
- Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website. To plan and effective execution of the Website Promotions and track and evaluate the ROI
- Tracking and analysing category, competition, and consumer trends on various digital platforms

**Requirements**:

- Analytical Skills: should be able to analyse the overall digital marketing performance
- Strategic Skills: SEO/SEM/ Online Marketing, Aware of marketing Database, Display Advertising Campaigns, Maintaining social media presence
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills, effectively counter all probable hurdles/barriers, and ensure appreciable performance in all KRAs.
- Lead the performance marketing efforts for a growing D2C brand
- To be a front runner to make the brand a success Good to have
- Understanding of PPC (pay per click) marketing and affiliate marketing channels
- Revenue growth led campaign performance and spending management skills
