**Responsibilities**:

- Setting and managing campaign budgets, goals, and KPIs: Performance marketing executives are responsible for setting budgets, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and ensuring that they are met.
- Analyzing and optimizing campaign performance: Performance marketing executives are responsible for analyzing campaign data and making adjustments as needed to improve ROI.
- Collaborating with other teams: Performance marketing executives work closely with teams such as product, design, and content to create and implement effective campaigns.
- Implementing analytical tools for retargeting, data collection, and optimization of the sales funnel.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies: Performance marketing executives need to stay informed of industry trends and new technologies in order to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Providing regular reports and insights: Performance marketing executives are responsible for providing regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders and providing insights on how to improve future campaigns. Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels including, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Creating and implementing metrics to track and measure the performance of campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing campaigns are aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Managing and analyzing budgets and forecasting future campaign expenses

**Mandatory**:

- At least 2 years experience in campaign management/ad ops role utilizing ad tech platforms and web analytics tools, including Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Need to have basic knowledge of advertising on Youtube, Linkedin, and Twitter.
- An analytical mindset and methodical approach - extensive Excel skills and an ability to make recommendations based on statistics
- Acute attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent organizational skills, often working to tight deadlines
- Strong tech and computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Knowledge of marketing tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Mailchimp, or similar - a plus.
- Creativity and an eye for design.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad - 380015, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
