Role Overview:
The job of a Premium Service Specialist is to reach out to high profile customers over phone, understand their needs, explain them the product features, advantages, benefits and provide options whereby customers can find a suitable prospect.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned

2. Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.

3. Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers

4. Meet individual and collective revenue targets by suggesting appropriate offerings basis customer need and potential

5. Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade and/or renew

6. Strictly adhering to the process and quality requirements

7. Document call information according to standard operating procedures

8. Input appropriate dispositions for the call transactions in the CRM

9. Ensure all disciplinary and call input parameters are met daily

CTC & Benefits:

- 3.16 to 3.62 lakhs (inclusive of Incentives)

Skill and Competencies required:
Functional

1. Knowledge about Outbound Tele sales metrics

2. A flair for sales with a go-getter attitude

3. Ability to mould sales pitch according to the client behavior & background

4. Ability to withstand pressure & work in a fast-paced environment

5. Good proficiency in English and one of the regional languages (Tamil/Telugu)

6. Objection Handling and Negotiation Skills

7. Basic computer skills MS Excel, Word
