As we expand, we are looking to add an enthusiastic and motivated **Telecaller** to our team to help us connect with potential clients and grow our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential investors, farmers, and clients interested in mango farmland and agricultural real estate.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, including location, price, and farming potential.
- Answer questions and resolve inquiries related to the mango farmland investment process.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone during calls, building strong relationships with prospects.
- Schedule follow-up calls, appointments, and site visits with potential buyers.
- Record and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales.
- Assist in promoting special offers or new property listings to prospects.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport and delivering clear, concise information.
- A positive and energetic attitude with a passion for agriculture and real estate.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, MS Office).
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
