**Job Title**: Telecaller - Car Insurance Renewal Specialist

**Reports to**: Team Lead/Manager

**Job Summary**:
We seek a highly motivated Telecaller to join our team, responsible for contacting customers regarding car insurance renewal, persuading them to renew/purchase policies, and providing exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to customers whose car insurance policies are up for renewal.

2. Introduce our insurance products and services, highlighting benefits, features, and competitive pricing.

3. Persuade customers to renew/purchase insurance policies from our company.

4. Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.

5. Provide accurate information on policy terms, conditions, and premiums.

6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

8. Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns through effective teamwork.

**Requirements**:
1. 1-2 years of experience in telecalling/sales (insurance industry preferred).

2. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

4. Strong customer service skills.

5. Familiarity with insurance products (car insurance specifically).

6. Basic computer skills (CRM software).

7. Minimum 12th standard pass.

**Desirable Skills**:
1. Previous experience in insurance sales.

2. Knowledge of insurance regulations.

3. Fluency in multiple languages.

4. Target-oriented mindset.

**Work Hours**:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Salary and Benefits**:

- ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month
