**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Tele calling Sales Officer** to join our team in the Banking sector. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, cross-selling banking products, and providing excellent customer service over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking products (loans, credit cards, accounts, etc.)
- Handle inbound queries and convert them into leads or sales
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM regularly
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Coordinate with field sales teams and branch staff
- Adhere to compliance and quality standards set by the bank

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional language
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of banking products and services
- Customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
- Target-oriented and result-driven

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Minimum 6 months** of experience in sales, tele calling, or customer service (preferably in Banking/Financial Services)
- **Graduate in any discipline**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
