ICFIX is a growing education and services company focused on delivering high-quality training, admissions support, and customer service. We are looking for dynamic and motivated Tele Callers to join our team and play a key role in driving admissions and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers and explain about our courses and services.
  • Handle inbound calls and address customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Counsel students/clients over the phone and provide detailed information about admission procedures, fees, and course details.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/Excel sheet.
  • Follow up with leads on a regular basis to ensure maximum enrollment.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the management team for improving services.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
  • 1–2 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi/Telugu will be an added advantage).
  • Good persuasion and convincing ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets).
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and team spirit.
