Universal Nature Care and Cure Foundation is a well-established elder care center and old age home offering premium services at affordable cost. We provide both in-house and home care support for senior citizens and hospitalized persons across Tamil Nadu.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our services to potential clients, and maintaining good customer relationships. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the services offered
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
  • Maintain a customer database and update records regularly
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication
  • Work closely with the team to achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain good relationships with clients through courteous and prompt communication

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Any Degree
  • Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
  • Pleasant attitude and customer-oriented approach
  • Willingness to work full time

Salary:

Rs 10000 to Rs 20000 per month plus incentives

(Salary will be based on experience)
