**Job Responsibilities:1. Student Counselling & Guidance**
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ needs and guide them to the most suitable academic programs.

**2. Lead Generation & Admissions Process**
- Generate and manage leads through various channels (walk-ins, online inquiries, phone calls, and events).
- Maintain a database of inquiries and track conversion rates.

**3. Relationship Management**
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Address queries and concerns regarding courses, fees, scholarships, and other academic matters.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for a seamless admission process.

**4. Promotional & Outreach Activities**
- Participate in admission events, education fairs, and school visits to promote the institution.
- Conduct informational sessions, webinars, and campus tours for prospective students.
- Support marketing campaigns through digital and offline platforms.

**5. Reporting & Data Management**
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admission progress.
- Analyze trends and suggest improvements in the admission process.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,023.82 per month
