International Sales Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Lead, located in New Delhi. The International Sales Lead will be responsible for managing and leading the international sales team, developing and executing international sales strategies, and expanding our global footprint. Daily tasks will include overseeing international business operations, fostering strong client relationships, managing international trade activities, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role demands strong team management and leadership skills to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate enquiries to grow market share.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of International Counsellors to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Mapping: Analyze customer requirements to map products/services/solutions that need to be offered to end-users/customers.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain good relationships with existing customers and channel partners, and build new relationships in every region.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market intelligence vis-à-vis competition & existing and forthcoming business opportunities, document and generate a database of the same on the CRM.
