The Admission Counsellor presents the university’s academic programs to prospective students regionally and nationally, nurtures them in program selection, and converts them into enrolled students. An effective Admission Counsellor should enjoy working for and with a diverse array of people, is enthusiastic about the mission of the university and education, and exhibits superior customer service skills and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with prospective students, parents, and partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and conduct the campus tours and information sessions for the prospects.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enroll students in the university’s academic programs.
- Create and maintain prospect records and data in the CRM and other databases.
- Utilize data in the CRM to manage individual enrollment workflow throughout the funnel.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to coordinate enrollment efforts.
- Attend training sessions to receive updated information about academic programs, admission policies, and governmental regulations.
- Provide timely feedback to the Reporting Authority regarding market needs and challenges.
- Participate in outreach activities/events as assigned by the Reporting Authority.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with at least a year of relevant experience. Strong sales or counselling background and people skills preferred, background in customer service, sales, marketing, and higher education are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of staff, faculty, administration, students, families, and/or the general public.
- Self-starter, proactive, and have a problem-solving approach at work.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), CRM, and social media platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
