Role Overview

The Associate Director – Marketing & Admissions will lead NAMTECH's integrated marketing and admissions strategy, driving visibility, outreach, and enrolment across engineering, advanced manufacturing, and sustainability programs. The role involves building a unified brand presence, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening NAMTECH's positioning nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and admissions strategies aligned with NAMTECH's academic and institutional goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage pan-India marketing and admissions teams; set KPIs and drive collaborative performance.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, traditional, institutional) to attract high-calibre students.
  • Oversee creation of marketing assets — brochures, social media content, placement stories, research showcases, and sustainability features.
  • Enhance institutional visibility through events, partnerships, and PR engagements, representing NAMTECH at national and global forums.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with faculty, feeder institutions, industry partners, and academic counsellors.
  • Track market trends, competitor benchmarks, and campaign performance to generate actionable insights for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance, diversity, and data integrity across all admissions processes.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, automation platforms, and digital outreach tools.
