**Key Responsibilities:Admissions Counselling**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing them with information about courses, eligibility, fees, and the admission process.
- Conduct admission counseling sessions and assist students in making informed educational choices.
- Follow up with leads, track inquiries, and convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Organize and participate in **admission drives, open houses, school visits, and educational fairs** to promote the institution.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of prospective students and admissions data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for student enrollment growth.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily front-desk operations, ensuring smooth office functioning and an organized reception area.
- Maintain student records, admission documents, and other institutional paperwork.
- Assist in **fee collection, invoicing, and maintaining financial records** related to admissions.
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, and departments for student onboarding and academic schedules.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, admission guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
- Supervise office supplies inventory, logistics, and general maintenance of office equipment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
